Due to the instant, non-returnable nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
Exceptions
We will provide a refund or replacement if:
- You accidentally purchased the same product multiple times.
- You received a corrupted or broken file that cannot be downloaded or used.
- A technical error on our side prevented you from receiving your order.

Resolution
If eligible, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement download link.
